As a "Golden Oldie" myself...that is my favorite style of music...but I look for a good melody and words with some meaning that I can understand. Don't like to be screamed at or cussed out with my music.

Good beat, I'm 31, I get picked on for liking rap, I don't like rap but the beats and rhymes are awesome, ie eminem, snoop. But I also like powerful voices, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira. Broadway, oldies. too many to pick but if I listen to rap its for the rhyme and beats.
