The reason is they feel most black men are locked up and the other good ones already taken.

I wouldn't go as far as to say Black women as a whole do this, however a good percentage do. Personally I am not sure why this happens, but I have seen it happen far too often when I date. Perhaps it's jealousy, resentment or maybe at some point insecurity when it comes to those that do. There are some Black women who also date interracially and if they are upscale, they don't mind what you do because they are too busy focusing on their relationships. By in large most of the ones that do get upset are those who really don't have a whole lot going for them.

You need to rephrase your question. Why do SOME black women get mad when black men date Mexicans,white etc.?

Essentially it's racism. They are mad because a man of their ethnicity is fishing in the big pond instead of limiting himself to his own kind like they are.
