As you can tell those are prefabricated questions. These have been the most idiotic questions ever in an interview, however , you must answer them . My answers are always the same, just in case that you want to use part of them.
What are you're strengths:
" I'm a hard and smart worker. I'm a fast learner and I'm not afraid of changes, (just in case the job requires for you to change) I welcome challenges, because that keeps my mind going and keeps me out of trouble, (a little bit of humor never hurts).
My weaknesses:
They are probably I'm too loyal to people, (another strenght, but concealed), and I get disappointed when people mistake that loyalty for stupidity.
What can you bring to our company;
Well, I thing I answered that question before, but I would add that the requirements of the position and my work experience match perfectly , and if you give me the opportunity I will make you a believer and you will be sure that you hired a valuable asset for your company.
Mattman you are an idiot. Of course, if someone is interview for a job in a company, they have NEVER worked there before, and strenghts are strenghts anywhere, and as I see here, your strength is that you have no brains, oh wait, that's your weakness...geez.

I don't want to be too harsh, but if YOU don't know what your strengths or weaknesses are . . . and can't describe why YOU are the right person for the job, then you need more than help from the Yahoo! Answers community.

What can you tell your interviewer when you never worked at that place before. You do not know. Never been there. What can you say.
Your strengths could be strong here but week some where else for example.

I think it might depend on what kind of interview/job you are seeking. The weakness question do not say anything negative about yourself.
Here are some sites that will help you come up with answers:

And....
GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!! on your interview :)
