The world has pounded me today (and not in a good way). My boyfriend isn't speaking to me, my grandma has cancer, my job screwed me, I got a wisdom tooth pulled, I have to work tomorrow, house is a wreck, kids are climbing the walls... I am overwhelmed. Can I get some love? :I
...thanks.

Girl...you'll be fine. The fact that you have recognized that you're going haywire is a GOOD thing...that's your body's way of recognizing there is a problem and your body's way of searching for an answer. Better days are here to come...just be patient and take it a day at a time (or in your case, an hour at a time.) I'll be keeping you in my prayers...I have had MANY days like yours. :-) We all have. Hang in there, sugar.

Hey, it happens. This too will soon pass.

Look on the bright side:
Your b/f will talk to you again
Your grandma will be treated
Screw your job if it screwed you!
At least the tooth is gone now
Cancel work because the news about your grandma
Have the kids get off the walls and help you clean[tell them if they dont they cant talk for a week!]

Good luck *hugs*
It's people like you who save the world

Well I know that I'm not there in person to help comfort your personally but I'll try my best to help from here. I know that life can really stink sometimes and you can just get completely sucked up by all of the confusion, its quite overwhelming. Kids are always difficult in the early years, and very often throughout the rest of the child period as well. Personal life issues are just as hard, not konwing whats going on with the boyfriend can really get you depressed. Teeth can really hurt when geting pulled, and work definitely sucks when you have all of that to deal with. Try just to do some deep breathing and keep your cool tonight. Lay on your back with your hands on your stomache in bed and try to think of tranquil thoughts. I know that the morning will just bring more chaos for you but as long as you try to keep your cool this will be over soon. Sometime life hands us more then we can handle but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Perhaps this is a sign, or learning experience in your life that you should cope with. But whatever happends, you have my prayers and best of luck. Keep your cool and you should be fine in the end.

This will make you think and laugh a little too. It's good to read when you think you're having a bad day.

Inner Strength:

If you can start the day without caffeine or pep pills,

If you can be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,

If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles,

If you can eat the same food everyday and be grateful for it,

If you can understand when loved ones are too busy to give you time,

If you can overlook when people take things out on you when,
through no fault of yours, something goes wrong,

If you can take criticism and blame without resentment,

If you can face the world without lies and deceit,

If you can conquer tension without medical help,

If you can relax without liquor,

If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,

If you can do all these things,

Then you are probably the family dog.
