I have alot of memorys & property at steak here! My kids & family have nowhere else to go & with no work for months my house payments just piled up! I need to pay this quick Any suggestions! Hopeless but need prayer....

Talk to a realtor immediately! You can put your house on the market and move to a home you CAN afford with the proceeds from the sale. If it can be done your realtor can do it! They know all the tricks of the trade. Ask around and find a good realtor. Your realtor should be able to advise you on what to do with the finance company. You need to make calls tomorrow! Realtors work on weekends and can get the ball rolling, they might even know an investor that has cash in hand to help you.
I'm not a realtor, but one of my friends is. He told me he would never let a property go into forclosure, you can always sell!!

If you have children, I'd contact your county's housing assistance office. They may be able to provide with a stipend. Otherwise, I'd contact one of those company's that guarantees to buy your home in 7 days. If you have enough equity, that might work. At least you wouldn't have a foreclosure mark on your credit record for the next time you buy a house.
