i use this stuff from sally beauty supplies, its by gigi and that works, wherever you get your wax they should have the remover too, but sally has a bunch of different removers and i just take a cotton ball and just rub it around and it takes it off....and if you dont want to get that, cold water works too but you have to rub that a little
