Looking for fellow doers who like taking an active role in healing. We are in need of healing on a GRAND scale. Our world is suffering. Human beings are suffering. What more can be done? Im sure we are all doing what we can do, but just wanted thoughts on ways in which you are currently making a difference. Maybe we can keep each other inspired.

Hello My fellow Sister. I have often pondered this question. Outside of living as Christ has commanded us to. Stupid little things that people have taken for granted. Say good morning to someone just because, not looking for one back. But it would be great if they did. In the words of my girl India Irie. It doesn't cost a thing to smile ya better thank God for that. Now of course this answer seems trivial. However, sometimes it's just that easy. Treat others as you would have them treat you. When treated badly don't give it back. I know that's hard but it's more rewarding to yourself to be the bigger person. Look at the grace and charisma of the young ladies at Rutgers U that were insulted. They didn't return the hate -- and it would have been easy and understandable. How to make the world a better place? It already started with people like you inspiring me, by posting the question. ;-)

God Bless

Absolutely THE best question I've seen on Y!A...ever.
Thank you for this.

My hope and dream is to start a non-profit for the increasing homeless population. Not a food distribution program but an 'everything' program where food, shelter, spiritual, mental, and rehabilitation is ALL taken into consideration.
I would like to also have kindness.org to help me get involved so it not only helps homeless...but the homeless help others. So its a cycle of love and opportunity.

To make this world a better place you require only one skill i.e to do GOOD to others even at the cost of yourself which is only possible by doers & not talkers.
