Open a new Word document. Leave it open. Now go online.
When you open the e-mail in Yahoo, if you look to the top right, you will see a "printable version" or "printable view" button. Click it.
Now you can select the text, copy, and paste into the new Word document. There should be a tab for it on the taskbar.

Right click on the message and drag it from the beginning to the end. Then there's this small tool window popping up; select "Copy". Next, open Microsoft Word, right click on the empty page and select "Paste". Your email's now in Microsoft Word, so go to the toolbar, click "File", and move on to "Save As", then save the thing, and voila!
