For college, Tennessee has already been a powerhouse for women's basketball and now with the addition of Bruce Peral and, of course, Chris Lofton, to the men's team, it has become a rising program. It is a great environment to play in, the fans love all of the teams. The women are the National Champions and anytime you want to send a top team into Knoxville to play the Vols, they will loose. After all, we did beat Florida at home and only lost to Ohio St. by one away from home.

For high school it's definatly Illinois, you can just isolate it to Chicago.

College no doubt North Carolina, there is always at least one Chapionship contender.
