Does anyone know where you can tryout for an acting job? Sinse I was 3 years old it's been my dream to become an actress

Generally you got to be in a metropolitan area.
If you are really serious you got to be in Los Angeles.
There are magazines that come out like Dramalogue
and Variety that list auditions for upcoming projects and student films.
This is a great place to build a resume and get experience for the biz.
Eventually you will need an agent.
I highly recommend the following book, it will give you some tests that will really help you develop as a performer and it will also help you see if acting is your thing.

under casting category choose commercial, theatre etc. whatever is your desire in trying.
and under market - choose the City you want such as NYC, there is a variety of places.
