I think TI has a song CALLED Motivation, lol. It's a good song actually.

I like Stronger by Britney Spears and Fighter by Christina Aguilera.

Bad day by daniel Powter is also good.

All of them are upbeat songs. The first is rap, the last are pop. I enjoy the lyrics.

"What Ive Done" from Linkin Park. They are an alternative band.

The song isnt heavy to be too much like rock but its not like a preppy poppy song.

It helps me get through my rough days and have a nice tune to it. The lyrics are simple and complex both at the same time. Give it a listen. Here is a Youtube link in which they perform it live.

Good luck!

Pretty much any song by Train or Jack Johnson ('Upside Down' is a great!). A handful of songs off of Amy Grant's Heart in Motion CD is good, too. (I'm really bad at remembering song titles, sorry!)

1. "I Hope You Dance", ( I forgot the name of the country atrist) Slow, but good lyrics for motivation
2. "You Gotta Be", by Desree-- More upbeat and still great lyrics; very inspiring and empowering
3. "Nothing Gonna Break My Stride", unknown artists-- An 80s one-hit-wonder, but very upbeat and fun. Great for exercise.
