Suicide? Genetically, it's you.

The instant that your clone is conscious, it experiences things on its own. That makes it an individual. If you kill it then, it will be murder. If you killed it before any brain activity occured it would be suicide. It should be noted that you can go to jail for either. Living after attempting suicide doesn't give you a free pass.

Murder. Your clone would be genetically the same but still a completely different person. Your clone would still have a different self-concept. How can it be suicide? Your clone isn't "you", it's a genetical copy of you. When your clone thinks something, you won't be thinking the same thing.

Murder, of course.

You know, a "clone" would be EXACTLY like a twin. That's what identical twins are, one fertilized egg which has split, or "Cloned" itself.

A clone would be a twin, born at a different time.

Killing your clone means killing the other person which is murder, killing yourself would be suicide.

If the clone cussed you out and you threw him/her off a bridge, could you be arrested for making an obscene clone fall?

that's a good question... umm murder i suppose cuz the only way it would be suicide if u actually killed ur own individual self..but isn't a clone ur individual self? gahhhh i'm guessing,

technically no, because you are not actually yourself, but you are killing your clone of yourself. then it would not be a murder if your clone was trying to harm you or others, you are just stopping it in its path of destruction.

Genetically,(and in every other way except possibly age difference, and method of creation) your clone is no different than your identical twin; therefore, the verdict is murder. (obviously)

A clone is another entity so it would be murder.
