Let's see what I can do for you...

The silver dollar is the popular and widely-collected "Morgan Dollar", minted from 1878 till 1921, with a hiatus of 16 years between 1904 to 1920. And because of its long period in circulation and big mintage numbers overall, many still survive and very much affordable even in uncirculated grade. An 1880 Morgan in circulated grade has retail values of $15 to $20 in worn condition, $25 in average circulated, $30 to $35 in nice circulated, while uncirculated specimens start from just $40. The 1880-O(with a small "O" under the eagle's tail feathers) and 1880-S(with small "S") retail about the same as the 1880 in circulated grades. An 1880-CC is scarcer, with values from $85 in worn condition up to $200+ in average circulated.

I wouldn't expect you to know that the motto 'e pluribus unum' appears on the Great Seal of the United States as well as the seals of the president, both Houses of Congress and the US Supreme Court, but it's a crime that every person educated in this country does not know the meaning of it and that it appears on all US coin and currency (with a few exceptions). Proper American History is not taught anymore, but all kinds of useless crap is. You have a Morgan silver dollar. That's Liberty on the front. Most 1880 coins from the Philadelphia (no mint mark below the eagle's tail feathers), New Orleans (O mint mark) and San Francisco (S) mints will be worth at least $15 just for the silver. The values go up as the condition (grade) of the coin does. A Carson City mint mark (CC) is the scarce one, and it'll be worth at least $80 unless it's terribly worn.

you didn't list much info..

most 1880 morgan silver dollars will sale for about 20 to 25 dollars due to condition.
but some can bring hundreds of dollars and a few even thousands.

1880 has both a silver trade dollar and a silver morgan dollar.
most are morgan dollars..
pcgs list pictures of both.

pcgs has many coin grades.

I don't know much about coin values but I do know that condition is important. If it is in really good shape it may be worth alot! Don't try to clean it or buff it, that will ruin the value!
