Maybe your compulsiveness has something to do with why your teacher is talking about you. She is trying to get you the help you might need.

Doesn't mean the teacher hates the student...teaching is a job...just like regular people come home and talk about their day at the office, teachers do to...Teachers need an outlet too...

I am a teacher, and yes, we talk about our students. Sometimes it's to let off steam, ask for advice, or decide a plan of action. We don't talk because a student is "weird." However, we aren't angels either. Sometimes we simply say....Can't wait for June with that kid! ha ha ha

it might be a good thing or bad thing depends what the teacher is saying most teachers just like to talk to students

The teacher is not very professional! Regardless of whether she like the student or not, as a teacher, she needs to have some respect. She needs to be reported immediatedly to the school board.

A teacher should never talk about a student to their friends...Very unprofessional... I would talk to your parents about this situation and if you can prove he/she was doing this, report him/her to the board of education...

it's pretty normal.
but it should not have gotten back to you.
teachers talk about their students all the time to their friends.
it doesn't mean anything in particular.

I don't imagine there's much you CAN do about it.
They talk about you to their friends just like you talk about them to YOUR friends. That's a fair trade.
