Mike Carey. He does not put up with the nonsense some players exhibit in games. Very on top of things and always stands by his calls. Calls a very fair game for each team.

Ed Hochuli, hands down. Forget his "guns." He's very fair and accurate when it comes to making calls. This comes from his work experience as an attorney in his firm in Arizona.
He is, by far, one of the hardest working NFL refs around.

Ed Hockuley - don't know if I spelled his name right. He's a good ref and he is built. He's probably the only one of them that could actually be a football player.

agreed, it is ed hochuli...he has a better education and interpretation of the rules than any other ref, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain all disputable calls
