I think Will Smith needs to stick to Comedy these dramatic rolls are lame.

Katie, I agree on the Hayden Christiansen acting issues. Star Wars II was extremely painful and he didn't mesh well with Natalie Portman.
I think there are many actors/actresses that are in dire need of acting lessons. Several of them like Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, the majority of these young actresses can't hold candles to the seasoned veterans that used to flood our screens with talent.
I've yet to see another Kate Hepburn or a Shirley MacClaine or maybe even a Barbara Stanwyck. Those days are truly gone...
Tom Cruise? The only movie worth seeing was The Last Samurai. Ben Affleck? His acting is noticably fake.
I could go on and on. That's only a few...

I think some actors are just getting by on their looks, and they are playing themselves. Perfect examples of this are Will Smith and Matthew McConnaghey.

Plenty of them! Some of them are sooooo bad. Oh, and the singers and rappers who think they can act need to stick to singing and/or rapping! (50 Cent was awful in Get Rich.......)
