have some guilt for doing it, but then forgive yourself. just move on and go on with your life. then promise yourself that you'll never do it again.

It will only be a mistake and you will only feel disgusted until you learn the lesson that is yours to learn. As long as you continue to look at him as the problem you will continue the pain. Just ask yourself "what am I supposed to learn from this"?. When you figure it out, you will realize that was the only way you were going to learn. It will then become a valuable skill in your tools of creating a happy life.

Think about what a whore and a blond you were to want to spread your legs for him before you knew his declined character, and how you enjoyed it until you found out, and don't hate anyone for it. You're just as guilty being poor in character as he is. Wash him out of your yang yang and move on with life. Maybe you'll see your own faults in this, realize that you're human and nothing more just like everybody else who makes mistakes, and you'll get over it. If you can't, then perhaps you should ride that yellow bus like all the other "Special" people.

It may take you a while to get over the disgust. Be with people who love you and care for you, such as close friends and family. Maybe get a holiday and spend time with your family (if they are close enough to you). And don't let a guy control your life. You are more important than him.

Honey, we've all done stupid things. That's just a part of life. If we never did things we regretted later, we'd never grow and learn. Take your experience, learn from it, turn it into a positive experience and move forward. Of course, the next time you are faced with this, you will be smarter and stronger!

And don't forget---YOU ARE OK..he's the lying loser.

Don't beat yourself up so bad. I know that girls are sometimes vulnerable when out of a relationship and occasionally seek affection from the wrong men. If you fell into that trap, discount the risk and learn from the mistake.

just accept it as a chance to learn, and take on the lesson and don't make the same mistake again. so long as you keep learning, there are no bad experiences in life.

Did you know this before or did this develop through a ongoing relationship? I f you knew it before hopefully you were drunk when it happened! if it happened based on a relationship , then just take it as a learning experience and be more cautious about who you give your love to.

Hmmmm, philosophically speaking, i'd say that the laws of attraction are not based on reason or rationality. If they were, you wouldn't have slept with him in the first place.....

As long as you learned something from the experience don't regret it. Just make sure it never happens again.
