Kool-aid, especially flavors with red dye, can really stain counter tops. I usually use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. But if you would like to use a home remedy first, give this a try.
What You Need:
Baking Soda (baking soda is mildly abrasive, but not as harsh as abrasive cleansers)
Damp Rag
Here's How to use it:
Sprinkle baking soda on a damp wash rag.
Rub the stained area with the rag in a circular motion.
Repeat if necessary.
If stain is very stubborn, sprinkle baking soda directly on the stain, rub with damp rag.
I hope this method works for you.

Soft Scrub with bleach is the easy answer. I've had the same type of stains you describe with packaging ink transferring to laminate countertops as well as a hundred kool aid spills. I use Soft Scrub on everything - bath tiles, coolers, outdoor plastic furniture, stainless kitchen sinks, white leather sneakers, and especially laminate countertops. The abrasive is very gentle, and if that's a concern, a gel version is available, though I've never seen any sign of damage. On tough stains, sometimes it needs to be worked a little with water and allowed to set for a while, but it takes care of even the toughest stains. I've often wondered what the dye used in Chrystal Light is because it seems to be of an industrial quality and cherry or fruit punch could be used as theatrical makeup.

It's hard to say without knowing what the composition of the counter top is. If it's wood then sorry about that. Once the kool-aid penetrates wood it's pretty much there forever. Sanding might take it out but you might have to go pretty deep. If it's some kind of stone top then it's pretty much the same thing. When the stain penetrates the pores there isn't much that will take it out.

I freaked out when this happened to me. But, the fix was easy. I just sprayed on a generous amount of Lysol All-Purpose Cleaner with Bleach, then let it sit for about 20 seconds before wiping away. Another kitchen cleaner (a de-greaser) I tried first did nothing to remove the stain, but the Lysol cleaner worked with 2 treatments.

I use a product called Grease Lightning. Works great for kool-aid stains even on wood!

You can either use Soft Scrub or Barkeeper's Friend. Both are very good for removing stains from counters, especially
white counters.

since lemon flavored kool aid cleans stain out of the dishwasher, try it on the counter to see if it will work.

I use clorox bathroom cleaner spray. Just let it sit a minute and use a sponge and scrub it off. Always works for me.
