If a marriage is annulled after one week, can a person say after that they were never married?

in the catholic church an anullment is like the marriage never took place. i don't know about any other religions or if it matters legally

they CAN say they were never married
you can say you had a marriage annulled, and tell them why

there is no annulment in God's eyes, if you care to know. married is married.
