Is it true that Abercrombie and Fitch owns Hot Topic, that's what my friends say, (and i know that they are'nt kidding, but i'm still not sure)...??? and if its true, do u have proof, lol =)

I don't actually have proof. I've read articles denouncing the statement, and some backing it. Regardless if it is true or not, think of it this way. If it is, the Powers-To-Be are marketing geniuses. Yes their stores would be two completely different demographics, meaning they sell doubled the product. In layman's terms, A&F knows goths/emo/punk, etc will never shop at A&F, but also that they are losing a large portion of profit in that fact. So create a store that caters to them and they make up the difference.

Ok I dont have any proof but I've heard that multiple times before and abercrombie and fitch does own quite a few companies so i think it's true. I dont think theres any way to prove it though unless one of the store workers knows.
