Can't seem to figure this question out. Not really good at math. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

When you analyze an inequality, first look at it as if it were an equality. For this one, the slope is +2, and the intercept is 3 (value of y when x=0). Since the inequality is y greater than or equal, the shaded area "restricted out" is below this line. In terms of your choices, this look like a "none of the above"

Y>2X+3 would be that portion of the plane above the line Y=2X+3. The slope is 2, the cofactor of x.
