when people say they "wish for a dream come true" what does that exactly mean?

It means they want what they desire to come true.

A dream in this context is something that will probably not happen. If the dream comes true, then the unlikely will happen.
So, my son is paralyzed and wish that he would be able to use his arms and legs again. That would be a dream come true, and I would give everything I have to make it happen.

You create your reality.....your thoughts become your reality......we have more control over our lives then we like to believe.....we just get scared by the shear vastness of it so we go back to sleep....sleepwalking our lives away
