people are followers. they want to hate on her, it is safe cyuz others 'hate her too'. same thing happened to Sanjaya.

I must admit that until her recent breakdown, I really didn't like Britney Spears. And believe me, I'm not jealous of her at all. First of all, Britney seems very obnoxious. If you saw any footage from her reality show "Chaotic" with husband Kfed, Britney comes off looking like an idiot. She seemed hyper and very childish. It's hard to believe she has two small children. Second, I didn't like the way she cheated on Justin Timberlake with Wade Robson. What a fool! She lost the love of her life for a dancer who used to sleep in Michael Jackson's bed as a child. Not too smart. Then when she foolishly hooked up with Kfed even though his girlfriend was pregnant with his child...no class. Her quickie marriage in Vegas was also a shambles. Put that together with seriously bad music...there hasn't been too much to like about Britney. A grown woman with two small children parading around wearing no undies and flashing the cameras...it's beyond pathetic. I actually felt sorry for her when she shaved her head because I realized that she is struggling mentally. Her actions showed her to be desperate and unhappy. I am rooting for her now and I hope she has a second chance at success and happiness.

No, I don't think people are jealous of her because they don't like her. I think people just cannot overlook the obvious issues with this girl. She's only famous because she got a good PR team. If people truly sat down and thought about it, this girl wouldn't have a single fan. Just for starters, here is why I don't like her and never have: She has never had any musical talent (lipsyncing at concerts should have been a red flag for her fans), she is a horrible mother (driving with her infant son on her lap, dropping him on his head, only spending a portion of her day with them (long enough to get a few photos out there), etc), she is crazy, she blames everyone else for her problems instead of considering that JUST MAYBE she is to blame for even 1 of her issues, she a liar, she uses the media for publicity then complains about the attention... do I need to go on? LOL =p

People don't like Britney Spears because of what she has done as role model, she doesn't deserve her fame and fortune. It is true that many others do not deserve their fame and fortune, but considering how Britney rose to stardom (exploiting the image of a pure scholar girl), and how she has became, it is what turned her fans away.

She just always seems like she's trying too hard, or messing up her life or her kids' lives. It's boring and gets really annoying, hearing it over and over. Maybe if she were the same Britney Spears from 1998, things would still be peachy.

i think that a lot of people dont like her is because she is a really great pop star with a lot of talent, but she is always messing up giving a bad example to eveybody who take her as a romodel. a lot of little kids love her and i guess their parents dont want them listening to someone who is on drugs or whatever...so they dont like her. or some people are jealous of her, probably because they want to be like her and they know that they will never get that far in being famous. because brittany spears is pretty and she does have a good voice and people could judt be straight out hating on her!

I don't think it has anything to do with jealousy. She is such a waste. Always looking for something or trying to do the most hideous stuff to herself. I mean how vain can one person be? For God's sake, she has 2 beautiful children that need their mother, but she's too busy acting like a freak!!

jealous of white trash?? i don't think so, i'm not jealous that i she married and divorced poor white trash, she had 2 kids, which i bet were accidents that are white trash offspring, she did a stint in rehab, shaved her head, was a drug abuser and has not talent. she's ruined her life, i feel sorry for her kids to have such a loser for a mother (and father too).

Um, no. Who would be jealous of her? She is a walking DISASTOR. She has messed up her life really bad. I'm not saying she's a bad person, she just made some really bad choices. I know she is under lots of pressure, but that doesnt justify that scene she made. She has lost it.
