You may change your look but it is still you. Still ol' you. If you wanted to change you then why did you change your hair and stuff? It is still you.

Cut your hair, that typically ALWAYS makes you feel different, (on a good level). Or, get a new set of make up. Change your style. Mix and mach your clothes, or just go all the way out and get a new wardrobe. But mainly those top 2. Cut your hair, and change your makeup. But if you don't want to change either, try working out. Get lean, drop down a pant size. Or if you're already thin, go out sunbathing and get a glowy, beautiful tan.
But remember, no matter what you do, it's always important that you feel your best on the inside and in health. THOSE are what will count in the outcome.
I hope this helps!

P.S. Wow! You wax your eyebrows?!? I don't have the guts to do that! I'm a wimp with pain. I can't even get my ears peirced with out crying like a baby. Good for you though!

Honey, you can do everything that can possibly be done to alter your body image, but if you dont feel good about yourself for whatever reason, then all the body altering methods in the world arent gonna help. Sit down and try to think of what may have you feeling so down on yourself. It may be something as subtle as a bad day that only SEEMS insignificant. Even a new wardrobe or vacation wont help your psyche if your not respecting or loving yourself. Dig deep and maybe even make a list no matter how trivial the thought may seem. Good luck with that!

Let me guess you wear hollister or AE clothes etc... you got chunky hi-lites instead of low lites, your nails are french with squared tips. You care about not looking like Grimace from Mc Donalds commercials. Id say you follow the crowd and look like everyone else and their cookie cutter images. Look into another culture and pick out a few things you find interesting and maybe adapt that into a style. And for gods sake dont think Bohemia is a country!!!

Hi there it depends on why you did the changes in the lst place
if you made the changes to make yourself feel different.. how did you think the changes were going to make you feel

if you made the changes for someone else that will never make you feel any different cause it was not for you in the lst place

new trends, styles, makeovers don't always make us feel better or different .. unless you did it truly for fun!

so have fun with it and enjoy your new look :)

If you really want to change how you feel, seek out some counseling. Talk to a doctor or teacher that you trust and get some advice. If you're not feeling good about yourself, it's a lot deper than just hair color, clothes or makeup.......
Good luck!

Because deep inside you know you changed for someone else and not your self...Stop for a second take a deep breath and think about what would really make YOU happy, if it is within you reach...do it, if not plan want you have to do to reach your goal and try your best! You'll fell great doing it for you!

Try to improve the lives of others. Give back. Try making a sacrifice for someone else. Change always happens internally.

Well you didn't change the inside...You only changed on the outside. I guess if you wanna feel different you're gonna have to pretend to be someone else... but I don't recomend that...it doesn't usually turn out too good...

Changing your appearance does not really mean that you are a new you...Suggestions, how about lifestyle changes or clothing changes? Changing eating habits is one of them. YOga or holistic therapy maybe. Give it a try you might feel a new difference. Hope I've helped!!!
