California has banned smoking for some years in most public venues includes bars and restaurants. San Diego has banned smoking and all local beaches and parks.

Scranton PA has the the new smoking ban however they just figured out that they can't in force it so they stopped giving a ticket the business. Pittsburgh just set a precedent so they also have a smoking ban. I think it is unfair to the smokers. If they want to smoke just let them.

Yes and I'm glad it does. It's about time people are forced into a situation that's GOOD for their health, by making smoking against the law.

yes. it just went into effect last month. actually it is a state ban. our town just had to follow through.
