yeah.......I've been seeing a lot of retail stores sell tshirts, bags, etc..... with band logos and teens have been eating the up.

maybe they'e influenced by their bf/gf? Who knows, I'd rather have them listen to classic rock to whatever is being produced today

Motley Crue! of course i'm a Poison Fan too. I incredibly have been to a stay overall performance of the two and that they the two placed on a great practice. of course, on the Poison stay overall performance we've been front row! C.C. Deville handed me a guitar %.! I basically like Vince Neil's voice greater suitable.

most teens know about them because of their parents. Also think about this... you walk into Hot Topic, Spencer's any of those stores that teens shop in (even Delia's and PacSun) and alot of the T-shirts and other merchandise have "these" bands all over and some teens actually look into the bands and the music and others just say they know them because they see the names and pictures in stores and on clothes.

Well I am a mom to one of the teens that likes these bands.. in her case its because its what I have always listened to..
My daughter knows music from as far back as Cat Stevens and loves him.. Motown oldies, and rock like G N R.. ACDC, Quiet Riot etc..
She knows a lot about diff bands from diff genre's.. I quiz her on them .. lol
Song on radio.. I'm like OK who's this?.. most of the time she gets it.. from Abba to Zepplin..
But like I said.. I guess its what they hear growing up..

The 20 year cycle of everything...same reason that 80's fashion has found a way to creep in!

Our parents raised us right! I listen to things very few of my peers have ever heard of because thats what I grew up with. Honestly, who wants the teenie boppers when you got stuff like Aerosmith out there?!!

Because maybe they had parents in the (gasp!) 70's or 80's and they find their old cassettes or whatever. Seriously, think about it...

Classic rock radio stations? Or perhaps they just noticed the t-shirts at Hot Topic.

I myself learned from my dad.
