Sorry to tell you, but Frondini watches are low-end watches made to look like something special. You can typically pick them up in nifty little gift sets with pens and/or 6 ounce whiskey flasks for about $20-$30. Do a quick search on Ebay and you will find 15 buy it nows from $8 to $35
They may look expensive from a little distance but up close they are not that great.
The person that dropped it is probably not even looking for it.
