Well if anyone saw Dogville movie would remember that in the end people in that community receive a punishment...

In Dogville the story is focused on how people abuse other people, behind the courtain of hypocrisy...

Obviously the killer thought of it that way. That is what he said in the video.
He was clearly delusional, though, saying that everybody wanted to make him miserable for their own enjoyment; comparing himself to Christ.

Most people will not be able to look past the actual event. They will refuse to accept the fact that the way they treat people can have consequences. Although I do not agree with his actions, I can understand his reasons for doing it.
Unfortunately until people realize that he was right, there will probably be similar acts.

No. I thought of it as the act of a nutjob. Plenty of people have been ill-treated throughout their lives and not killed 32 random people.

i think of they're going to the two make a action picture in accordance with it or function it in a documentry approximately saving our usa and all that stuff. yet i do no longer think of they might make an entire action picture with the precise comparable tale. regardless of the undeniable fact that i'd desire to be incorrect.
