Most of the time. If I feel intimidated by the person or the situation, I look at the bridge of their nose. To the viewer, it still appears that you are looking them in the eyes. Not looking them in the eyes is a sign of being intimidated or submissive.

I always look people in the eye, I think it is rude to do otherwise. It really bothers me when you are looking someone in the eye and talking to them and they are looking you up and down.

Not if I dont know them that well. My friends, I always look into their eyes when they are talking to me. But people I dont know, I look away.

Sometimes I just can't. I realize that people think you're a liar when you don't look in the eye. If it's a girl I yearn for. I can't even when she's talking.

When they are talking I look them in the eye, but when I'm talking my eyes often wander.

no... I hate direct eye contact..I'm slowly breaking out of it but for the most part I never look at someone when Im talking to them. It's not to disrespect anyone....I just don't like it

I've been told that I do. If a person speaks too softly , I watch the lips. I enjoy watching eyes when I talk to people.

try to stare into someones eyes while talking to them. it makes both parties very uncomfortable and is considered rude. you look at people, occasionally looking "into their eyes" but it's rude and "creepy" to have someone stare.
