Well, there are 2 girls in my class that have decided to start a band. Our class is mixed, and there are 7th through 9th graders. One of the girls is in 7th, the other is in 8th. Most of the kids in our class consider them "nerds" or "losers" or "lame posers" or whatever you want to call it. They think, however, that they are extremely cool, and they can get away with starting a band because of their coolness. One girl (I'm not using names) plays guitar (but not very well and she doesn't know very many songs) and the other one will sing. The one that is singing has asked her sister to be in the band, and a boy that lives in her neighborhood. I'm worried about them because it's going to totally backfire and blow up in their faces. The band will suck, and we all know it. I just don't want them hurt.

I think they might figure it out for themselves once they actually get together and start rehearsing.
