wear what you feel most comfortable wearing. if you want, have your mom take you to a store like nordstroms or macys, or other department store and get your self measured. Nordstroms has wonderful service in the lingerie dept. and then can help you find the perfect bra for you. I recommend going there over places like victoria's secret, because they are professionals with fit. However, that said, you might try the Pink line from VS. You may not need underwire if you are small. So there's nothing wrong with a training bra.

good luck!

You should get yourself measured.

Grab a measuring tape and measure around your rib cage just under your breasts.

Add 5 inches. Take note of this number, that's your chest size.

Now measure the fullest part of your breasts. Take note of this too. This is your cup size.

For example, you got 26 inches for your chest size, then you added 5 inches to get 31 inches. And you got 32 inches for your cup size. Subtract your chest size from your cup size(32 - 31 = 1). You get 1. One inch. That is an A cup. Since you got 31 for your chest size, your bra size is 31A. (That was an example btw)

1/2 and inch or less = AA cup
1 inch difference = A cup
2 inch difference = B cup
3 inch difference = C cup
and so on.........

Hope that this helps.
