Lots of guys and boys wear female clothes and dress-up like girls on Halloween, I do myself, but if a guy or boy wants to dress-up like a girl on any holiday, I say why not, go for it.

If they want to i think so. If you worry about teasing from others, well it is the people who do the teasing who need educating not to discriminate against others. So a cross dressing child should be taught that their behaviour is okay and that the teasers have the problem.

Unisex clothes are good too.

Perhaps it is seen as some sort of gender disorder in psychiatric books?

How about a holiday to Samoa, or celebrating such cultures that wear lava lavas which are a lot like skirts / dresses but worn by males.

The child might enjoy celebrating such a culture if there are any events from such communities around you or your holiday destination.

Yes, it's okay for every holiday, as well as anytime during the month in which the holiday takes place.

It's okay any day!

Seriously- it's just cloth; it won't affect anyone negatively unless you're forcing them to wear it or making them feel ashamed about it.
