I'm looking for novels based upon eating disorders. I don't want to sound picky but I would like it to be more of a story than a non-fiction book. I have one really good book, Perfect, by Natasha Friend. I'm just looking for similar books where I can connect to the character. I am bulimic,so...... Acquire smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is quite a bit easier – those diminutive portions suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back pertaining to seconds. But hang on! Stop for a minute and suck on extra strong mint. The flavour will put you off that third plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.
