I never have but i am finding dirt cheap stuff that seams to good to be true. How do i know if it is a scam or my credit card will not get stollen.

Yes I have and it is totally safe if you go through Paypal cuz your info is kept secure and not given to the seller.
Good luck. I love buying scrapbooking stuff on ebay cuz you can get alot more stuff for a lot less money.

If you're that skeptical, then ebay is not for you. Ebay for the most part is very safe. If you pay through paypal (you have to set up an account), then the seller does not ever see your financial info. A lot of sellers also accept money orders, which again eliminates any possibility of financial info being stolen. I've been buying and selling on ebay for 5 years and have never had a problem.
