My mother gave me the same recipe as Hopflower, 1 cup per gallon of water. Use plain white vinegar, not the apple cider stuff. Add some lavender or lemon verbana for a more pleasant scent. It's a lot cheaper and nicer on the environment than commerical glass cleaner.

I continuously use ammonia or vinegar in water to bathe residing house windows. Cleans them and retains them streak unfastened. mixture 2 tablespoons of ammonia or white vinegar with 2 quarts of warmth water.

This will vary depending upon who you ask. I personally use 1 part vinegar to 3 parts hot water. Have a great week.

the best way to clean windows is to mix one tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 gallon of warm water, wet a rag and wash, use a dry rag and dry. it will remove anything including the hard to clean smoke film sounds crazy but it really works!!
