Im having problems with keeping my singing at were it use to be and I need help to keep it when I get it back

There are now games that are kareoke, and it scores you on your ability to stay on pitch. I think it's available on Nintendo, but check your local game shop.

well with not being able to judge where you were and where you are now (and what may have CAUSED the change), this might not be that helpful.
however...i'd say to be aware of how you use your voice. if you do any kind of yelling/screaming, that sort of thing, it strains your vocals.
other than that, you'll want to just work on your techinque AS you sing, such as diaphragm breathing support, space in your mouth, and all that stuff. and yes, practice definitely helps.

You should take some singing lessons to get yourself used to your voice again!
