Please help me out here?

I asked this earlier today but for some reason it wouldn't show up. So I'm going to ask again...
There is a red lump on my vagina near the opening (I am not trying to be gross) that hurts a little occasionally but not often. It's been there for quite a while (months) but I'm not sure how long. Any ideas on what it could be?

It could be a pimple but the only way to find out for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to be on the safe side.
