My fave movie is Night of the Hunter. I saw it as a child and it scared the bejeebus out of me. I also loved his performance in the original Cape Fear. Mitchum's 'Max Cady' was scarier. DeNiro's was moreso disgusting. Now if you wanna know my fave movie with Robert Mitchum in it- that would be Tombstone. I know he had a voiceover role as the narrator, but I love that movie!

I dug his narration in Tombstone but as far as movies he starred in, I'd have to go with The Big Sleep. Cape Fear would be second.
