The two powerful rulers that work together to govern the civilizations around the world. A King/Government and a God/Religion Leader who will not survive without the help of other that is why there are always a government and religion leaders in every country. A king is created to govern the behaviours of the civilization and a God is invented to control the thoughts of the civilization. A King has strong physical power to control the civilization, but they do not have the power to control individual thoughts, therefore God is invented to govern the thoughts of people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even while they are dreaming. What is your opinion on this critical thought?

In history, you will see that before humans had rulers, they had Gods...and the first rulers were the representatives of the Gods. These people were "invested" with the power of the Gods to administer to the group. For example, the Pharaoh, half divine himself because he was an earthly son of a God.
However, in later history you will see that there was a disruption of this type of rule, as man became more assured of his own supremacy, and later still, a complete division between the two powers, which caused the two to become separate and disparate entities, often at "war" with each other...for example, Henry VIII and the Pope/Catholic Church.
Your point falters a bit, but is on the right track.....Gods invented first, rulers invented second, God Kings next, King by the will of the church next, finally, rulers AND churches.
As for their respective roles...King/rulers are to control the population through law and churches through morality and adherence.

This question is a sociology question, not a philosophy question. Even ape tribes have a politial hierarchy, but they have no religion. So tribal government predates religion. But, the most primitive humans tribes have religion but no government beyond tribal government. So government beyond tribal government postdates religion. Muhammad was a religious leader before he was a king. He had power over the thoughts of his followers, and only this allowed him to impose "physical power" on other. But, any practical philosophy (eg Marxism, Liberalism) not just religion can create a social order.

I think you are close to the truth, actually.
In order for man to understand his world he first had to try to figure out where he himself originated from. Not knowing such things as genes,D.N.A., cells, etc., he could only conclude that a higher power than himself invented it all including man. (God created man, man creates God . take you're pick. The Catholic church capitalized on man's fears and superstitions to force them to do the will of the church and have total control of them. And they still do today. And not only the Catholic church. Personally I believe if there is a higher power than man, it certainly doesn't waste it's time on every little petty thing that individual person on earth do. I mean, come on , this power was suppose to have 'made' the entire universe, And it's trying to to keep a tiny, tiny little speck like the earth in order? That kinda degrades God don't you think?
Sometimes I believe if mankind were to put there religion on the back burner and concentrate on what they can do to help there fellow man NON-RELIGIOUSLY then we might get some good done. AND if there IS a God, he might just thank us for using the mind he gave us in the first place. I do not think God is in the puppet making business. Only religious leaders try to make puppets out of us in the name of God.

This is a chicken before the egg question. In truth, religion was invented and codified to regulate and control the masses. The romans realized it in Constantine, that control of faith creates ultimate control of the people. However, this is not entirely accurate. Though as a people, humanity has been religious (in the form of animism, spirit, nature and ancestor worship) in nature, the strength of the one, i.e. a king, has it's roots in our pre-human history. The alpha is a meme we see in not just human, but animal societies. To assert that one cannot be without the other is to ignore history. Though like you say, religion provides ultimate control, violence and strength has done so one one level for much longer, into pre-history.

You'll find both control what individuals think or believe in. They don't have any special separateness in this regard and each has had more than enough time in ruling over the affairs of people.

Most people are so low down on being able to state they 'started anything' - they can't own up to even their own creations, they have to throw the responsibility in causing a thing over to the supreme being idea.

Philosophy can never match with religion, because in the end God defies all logic. By being God, He changes what we think. So you can't really answer that with a God was "invented" first. He was not invented. He just is He.

God is created first, then a king is created as an incarnation of god to fool the people. Two lies don't give you the truth.

"A God is invented to control the thoughts of the civilization."
There is one God that was not invented. This God still is God and Living, breathing, Feeling, Loving and Omni Potent everywhere at the same time. This God only wants humankind to love him as a child would love a father and obey his way of doing things.
Now in the future only known to this Father God is a King who became a God again and this God whom will rule for a 1000 years over mankind. This God does not need to sleep, eat, feel tired or weary, or sadden by mistakes. For this God was once a man whom became a God after being a God.
(Jhn 1:14) The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.
This God became Flesh so that he may judge correctly the hearts of humankind and man's nations about those whom desired Evil in their hearts. This God's name is Jesus (Yeshua) The Christ The Son of the Almighty God Elohiem. In addition, he will have many Children.
(2Pe 3:8) But don't forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
(Rev 2:27) And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
(Rev 20:4) I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Yeshua, and for the word of God, and such as didn't worship the beast nor his image, and didn't receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with Messiah for the thousand years.
(Rev 20:6) Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be Kohanim of God and of Messiah, and will reign with him one thousand years.

Yes - it sounds correct.
If the King is strong, like
Henry VIII, he can and will dispose of the Priests who stand in his way and gather their wealth unto himself.
