I would think if you're convicted of a felony, you would have bigger things to worry about. You SHOULD have to pay for them, 'cause the tax payers shouldn't have to pay.

Court fees usually apply to CIVIL cases. Felonies are CRIMINAL cases. Jail time is more likely. Depending on what felony you are convicted of, RESTITUTION may be part of your sentence.

That is set by the judge and exery case is unique. If you go to prison, it's unlikely there will be fees assessed.
