Should the whole education system be sold off to the businesses like health care?

I think the government should only make sure that only employed families get education by selling the public school system to the businesses like health care. Do you agree?

Lazy welfare users do not deserve to have their offspring go to school. By selling off education, we'll make sure they PAY for THEIR education instead of having rich hard working people on Wall Street pay through taxes

Yet one more reason why liberals= backwards.

Once everything is privatized you have less authority over it. Public schools need to remain public so there is oversight. If you are so employed send your kid to private school, that's your choice. But you only speak out of ignorance and stupidity to privatize all schooling.

Absolutely, YES. Did you know that in Africa the most successful schools that they have for poor children are PRIVATE schools? Yes. These are obviously not like rich kid Private schools like in the US that cost thousands of dollars, they cost the poor kids parents a few dollars (which they can afford) & their children get some of best education in Africa (better than most public schools in Africa). Private systems can & will always be better than out Govt. systems as seen by the unbelievably bad inner city schools in the US run by the Govt. but for some reason libs think their helping the poor w/ Govt programs when in fact they are hurting them even more in the long run.

Nah. Just opened up to competition from the private sector - via vouchers or some such scheme. Not a perfect solution, but it generally meets with some success when it's tried.
