My class for school is going to Six Flags in Chigago next week, and i want to know which are the best rides to ride. I love big, scary, fun rides, so are there any of that type at Six Flags? Please help!

You're in luck. SF up in Gurnee's a lot of fun.

There are several coasters there that you'll want to be sure to catch.

Raging Bull, Batman, and Superman: Ult Flt are all great steel coasters that'll thrill you in different ways. They're very smooth and excellent rides.

Deja Vu, if open is a coaster you'll want to try out too!

The other coaster, Viper, is one of the better wooden coasters in the world, so you'll want to catch that too.

If you have time, American Eagle's a classic racing coaster. It's not the most big, scary ride, but it's a classic.

Iron wolf is one of the first standup coasters that you can check off if you've not been on it. Demon's a steel classic, but very far from big/scary. Shockwave's a nice coaster too for big/scary. It's not as smooth as the B&M coasters, but you do go upside down seven times!

Have a great time!

The very best ride there is Viper a wooden coaster modeled after the Coney Island Cyclone. This ride has more weightlessness (airtime) than any other coaster in the park. My other favorites includes Raging Bull (in the back seat is a MUST) and the American Eagle (another wooden coaster). The Giant Drop is also good. Superman,V2 and Daja Vu was both added since my last visit but my local park (Valleyfair) in MN has a clone of V2 (Steel Venom) and the back seat is the best!!

Oh My God, I live in the Chicago area. There are so many big scary rides you won't believe it. The scariest ride I have seen there is the drop. My husband won't go on it again and my 22 yr. old daughter, who loves rollercoasters isn't sur she will either. It is soooooooooooooo freakin' high up, I couldnt even look without getting sick. You sit on this tiny little seat and slowly go up up up up up and you can see the whole freakin town of Gurnee. My daughter said she saw GOD LOL. Then when you get to the top, they drop you like a bat out of hell really fast. It was horrible to watch. Have Fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raging Bull will undoubtedly be the best there since it's a Bolliger & Mabillard hyper coaster, but Superman: Ultimate Flight and Batman: The Ride will also be awesome rides, as they are B&M coasters as well. B&M coasters are known for their exceptionally smooth rides and well designed coasters.
