i have this evil brat little neighbor i hate her she is 4 years old her whole family hates my even her evil vicious cat my sis sometimes plays with her she always steals my cat and yesterday i was chasing my cat and her evil mom yelled at me that it was mean what should i do besides move call the police and that junk please help me i hate her so much she is such a ahh i hate her help me to what i should do please and hurry i beg you guys

It's a four year old girl. Relax. You're bigger, and you're much more mature. Don't play games with this kid- just ignore her and keep your cat away. Don't play with her when she asks, and definitely don't do things that will make her get all the pleasure of annoying you.

I had a neighbor once, and he was the most annoying kid at that time. They grow up, and so do you. Soon you'll gain tolerance for the tyke, and she'll gain understanding.
