C. Being polite goes so far with me. I love a polite dude. It's hot to be kind, and such a turn off to be rude.

ask them to do something!
if you command them to do something like a dog she wont be friends with you any more and if your going out with her youll be dumped eventually
and letter C is the best

A, B, or C wouldn't bother me - it depends alot on the tone and mannerism you use. And what you say of course - like about the book please is ok; but if you were to say "Cole please come over here and give me a kiss" it wouldn't be as hot as saying "Cole, get over here and kiss me already!"....girls like to be pushed around occasionally ;)
