I doubt it. He wasn't a NASA employee - he was employed by a NASA contractor. Access to supplies used in the space-programs is limited on a need to use basis. Unless you are going to be shot up into space, they don't want you nicking the nappies.

Yeah, I have a comment: what difference does it make, he's dead. So is an innocent person. Why don't we just start selling tickets to these things? Reminds me of the idiots who hold up traffic on the freeway so they can stare at an accident. DUHHHHH.....
