Yes, it's a small unit, just two of us, but I am very proud to be a part of it. It's my marriage.

No. To me, pride derives from accomplishments. Simply belonging to a group is not really an accomplishment. I am happy to belong to certain groups but not 'proud' in the same sense that I am proud of learning to play the piano.

I might feel a sense of vicarious pride in the accomplishments of others but it is small.

I am a Christian and am proud of that. Sometimes I'm not too proud to be associated with some Christians who are judgemental and rude but I am proud to be associated with the real people I worship with.
