I am currently 39 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child, and I have gained 60 pounds. I'm very upset by this I haven't ate anymore than I did during the 1st pregnacy, during the 1st pregnacy I gained about 50 pounds. I have also recently gotten stretch marks on the back of my knees, which has really upset me. With my son I had a c-section, I'm also having a c-section with this baby, also, a boy, and it took me about a year to loose all the weight. Therefore,I know I am not going to come out of the prgnacy 60 pounds lighter, so I was wondering what the best way to loose the weight is, in the least amount of time.

Breastdeed, watch what you eat, ask your physician before starting any exercise program. Me , myself have been at the same prepregnancy weight.. I cut down on portions if I can but not too much because I am breastfeeding, and I exercise on my AbLounge for my tummy and ude the resistance bands that came with the machine to work out my arms and legs.

Breastfeeding to start with. Then moderate exercise every day, atleast 30 minutes. And try eating healthier foods, whole grains, fruits, vegetables you know the drill. Stay away from the junk food and it should come off fairly quickly.

it'll take awhile but lose weight the same way you losed with your first pregnancy..there is no "easy" or "fast" way if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner. try not to be upset about gaining weight and getting stretch marks, every pregnancy is different so don't compare the two.

Breastfeed, and as soon as you are able, start walking everywhere.
Don't forget that you will lose some of it delivery- the baby, the fluid and placenta are all going to come out, making you weigh less anyway :)

in case you're obese to start with, and don't replace your eating conduct once you're pregnant, you will shed pounds on your first trimester, and that's thoroughly generic. in case you're dropping weight after the 1st trimester (once you start up showing) then you definately might desire to improve your calorie intake by using approximately 30%.

Breastfeeding, walking, dancing with your baby, and some weight-bearing exercise to tone up all over.
