my fr is living seperately for past 2 years from her husband who use to abuse and beat her.She is living with a baby . Can can give a name of lawyer( alady lawyer may be ) in Delhi,India who can advice and also need fight for her. As she is not very rich just living by doing some petty , kindly suggest lawyer who dont charge her with hefty fees or can fight on his behalf for free? Kindly help.

For any free legal aid services cell contact the New Delhi District Court, Patiala House. There she can get Advocate for taking her divorce case for no charges.

There is no concept of divorce in Hinduism. Hindu marriages are performed between their souls (not bodies) in heaven (not upon earth) in presence of 330 million gods and goddesses. Indian Government enacted Hindu Marriage Act in 1955 as legislated by multi religious Members of Parliament and created a chance for divorce to be granted by secular courts. Despite such legislations and courts' divorce judgments/decrees, their spiritual wedlock remains intact being eternal, everlasting and unbreakable even in future rebirths. Despite marriage with others after divorce, wife continues Ardhangini (half body) of her former husband and he continues her Pati Parmeshwar (Lord).
In Islam divorce is the most worst among permissible. In unavoidable circumstances only there may be a divorce.

just call in social workers or child protection, they can help you get lawyers that you dont have to pay for if your not making much money. I know because I went threw it and they fight just as good for you as if you were paying for it. You need all the help you can get when you got someone abusive.
