Nausea, fatigue and other signs usually don't come on until about 8 weeks pregnant.

Many times you feel bloated or "full". Have sore breasts or nipples. You may experience nausea, food aversions (not wanting foods you normally like) or food cravings. Being abnormally tired is another sign. You may also be moody or have mood swings. I was unusually weepy.
