About the only difference is that you should allow them some extra feeding time. The way their eyes are situated, they don't have good vision and it may take them a little longer to find their food - this can become a problem if they have tankmates - they should be kept with other goldfish with telescope eyes or bubble or celestial eyes which have an equally poor field of vision.

Because of poor vision, you might want to limit hard, sharp, and pointed objects in their tank.

They can get up to 10".

Otherwise, care for as other goldfish: http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/

Straight facts: They reach 8" long, possibly bigger if they live long enough and have enough room. They should have a 30 gallon tank at least, and bigger is better. Messiness requires good filtration. They are pretty easy to keep and really only need regular water changes, a good diet, and a large tank to thrive.

Fact: By a book on them, you'll get more reliable information and learn more then on the internet.
